Emilio grew up in the tropical rainforests of Costa Rica, where he enjoyed climbing trees and wandering the natural world. After moving to Colorado in search of new experiences, he discovered his love for craft beers, and began exploring the Colorado brewery scene. As a contributing writer for Colorado Culture Magazine, Emilio is on a quest to document his adventures sampling beers from local breweries in every corner of the state. He also enjoys camping, road tripping, and soaking up the Colorado sunshine.
