Emilio grew up in the tropical rainforests of Costa Rica, where he enjoyed climbing trees and wandering the natural world. After relocating to Colorado, he discovered a love for craft beers and began exploring the Colorado brewery scene. As a contributing writer for Colorado Culture Magazine, Emilio is on a quest to document his adventures in tasting beers from local breweries in every corner of the state. He also enjoys camping, road tripping, and soaking up the Colorado sunshine.
